You might be just in time to catch Nancy Blackett if you come mid-October - she's due to be lifted out for the winter on th 18th. Saturday 16th will see her being unloaded by willing helpers at Woodbridge (next river up from Pin Mill) We usually have an informal social gathering afterwards, about 5pm at the Woodbridge Cruising Club, and on for a meal in a pub in the evening.

As for somewhere to stay - why not Alma Cottage? It's a Holiday let now, not a bed and breakfast but I think they do part-weeks. Ring John Pugh, 01453 872551
