I have done a quick check of my Complete Stories of Isaac Asimov, but can find nothing like it (unless it is under a very improbable title). The story ending with Cosmic AC saying "Let there be light" is called "The Last Question".
"The Nine Billion Names of God", Dave, is by Arthur Clarke, not Asimov. I haven't checked all his stories, but I don't recollect one like it.
