Nice site, nice pictures, John. I had a good and enjoyable look round while I was there. But oh dear, I see what you meant about Chester - you seemed to have hung around the Cow Lane Bridge area a lot - a scruffy 'developed' site with nothing of any interest. None of the buildings in your photos is more than 100 years old. 5 minutes walk would have taken you to 400-years old buildings and a decent pub. The 'half-timbered' bank which you showed was built in the 1920s. Etc. Sorry, mustn't go on about it. Next time, eh?
