The key here is copied and distributed, not distributed. Postings to TarBoard may be distributed via Tarboard, but you may not copy them from TarBoard for further redistribution except as governed by applicable law(s) (fair use, limited quoting in a review, etc.). As an example, submissions to the "story-shorteners" thread a while ago were not included in the TARS (Mixed Moss, IIRC) article without permission from the posters.
