Ok how do we say this in Latin? I reckon it would sound really neat.

Dispatch and despatch.

I prefer despatch and I agree with Alan on the OED using a lot of out of date - but it was interesting that the i form has been in use for a long time.

Running downwind is really tricky, I prefer to be on the wind any day of the week. But I am one of the few people who does not get sea sick, so maybe I am biased.
