Thanks for the confirmation, Robert, and I'm glad that we do have a commons expert on the board now. I was just going on memory. However, it has occurred to me that there is a further complication - the English Lake District is a designated National Park. Does this mean that the common land in it is ultimately owned by the relevant government department?
