Let`s hear no more nonsense about this subject

That statement is not something I like to see posted on an orderly chat-site (which this is). Jim makes some sensible points, but he should not condemn others' sincerely-held opinions as 'nonsense'. The 'right to roam' legislation has created pressure-points. As I said in a previous posting, Britain is a crowded island and all parties in 'access' disputes must be prepared to give way a little and see each other's point of view. We have to view the situation as it is today - once we start going back to 17th century events, we get into the mess Northern Ireland has been in for so long.
