I couldn't afford the '35 when it first came out; by the time we could replace the old K+E, it was a '45. You can do RPL (at last, a rhyme for "purple": Reverse Polish Language) with the '48 and '49; the 15C and 16C (and their kin the 11C and 12C) supported classic RPN. The HP-12C is still in production, so the businessman can still get a true RPN calculator (and how many of them appreciate this?).
