Sorry, I didn't make myself clear - the edition I have has various notes about changes to both the format and some minor textual changes.
The Note in Book One is crossed through in pencil and a note added: "Use the chapter title in the headline. Write BK Numeral/Numeral at beginning of headline to indicate Book & chapter"
My question is whether these changes ever appeared in any edition of the book.
There is also an (illegible) pencil signature dated 1935.
Any information would be useful. I could upload scans of the relevant pages if they would be helpful.
