If your query is an attempt to discover if 'your' copy is a genuine editor's proof copy, then yes; it looks as though the corrections you have mentioned were acted upon and that "W. H. Willshaw, 10 John Dalton Street, MANCHESTER" may well have been one of the Cape readers at the time- I'm not saying I have any knowledge of him, just that from what you have posted, it seems pretty likely.
