Duck eggs

As Roger was eating the duck egg with the gooey middle, I was thinking you'd get few Americans to enjoy that. We like our boiled eggs hard boiled all the way through, with salt please.
That's the way I like 'em. And that's the way you'll get em if you follow my timetable. Some folks think that soft duck eggs are a bit risky, laid in damp surroundings there is believed to be a possibility that naughty microbes might get in and should be killed by a thorough boiling, buut hey, take a walk on the wild side. Life's too short to eat (only) hard boiled eggs.
