Hi, just an occasional contributer, but a regular viewer and longtime AR fan.
Peggy has a very useful role to perform. She is the empty space that the reader can slide in to and join the adventurers from vicariously. (Is that the word I want?) She hasn't got any strong characteristics to get in the way of identifying with. She's a bit like nitrogen in the atmosphere - a bit of a filler, but very necessary. Anyway as a bit of a quiet underdog I've always rooted for Peggy and wish AR had done a bit more with her.
It probably stems from the fact that I was a younger brother by 3 yrs to a more dynamic sibling and know how it feels to be the traling bogie!!!
