Just a week ago I personally lit a big fire - not with a flint and steel - in the Lake District National Park. It was in my mother's garden. Nobody seemed to object.

And I cooked a meal.

I can't believe that anybody would stop you from killing a rabbit provided you didn't first chase it with a pack of hounds.
