Peter - short answers - Yes, No. Yes, you can scan the images for your own private use (a technical breach of copyright, but impossible to detect), but you must be careful about distributing 'cleaned-up' versions of the dust jackets, whether on-paper or electronic - this is a real hot potato, for obvious reasons. AR books are worth a lot more if they have 'original' dust jackets or wrappers. Any attempt to sell or distribute versions of these will be an infringement of copyright. I rather fear that it is already happening.
