Ed - a tip for you in Word (though I suspect you may know already) you can load more than one language for the spell checker, so if you make British English your additonal one and then have US English your default one. So when you work on AR's texts you just need to tell the Word spell checker to use the additional language. It's in the top of screen menu under Tools, then Language and then Set Language.
