The clinker plank was not as hard as I had feared. And I am actually starting to think I might get it finished. Up until now it looked daunting - now it looks do able this year.
My wife is now talking about taking a trip along the East Coast of America one summer. I said I did not mind where we went as long as we made Florida and New England and we dragged the boat and the new kid. Florida so I can go sailing with Ed: be warned Ed and be very afraid I am coming, and to New England so I can ask you if you want to go sailing. I reckon if we have a little sailing boat we can do more things on the lakes. I also want to get to GrandPortage so if I am lucky we could meet another Tars professor (see link).
I also want to visit Lake Champaign and see where the British and French fought it out. Anyway that is the plan.
