Er, Ed, if you're referring to the TARS Lit Weekend, the TV hook up will be to Norwich (Norfolk), not Harwich (Essex). You're up against the British habit of giving towns similar names. Norwich is more or less in Coot Club and Big 6 territory, and is pronounced 'Norritch'.
(Over on my side of the UK we also have Northwich, Middlewich and Nantwich.) (BTW, Worcester is no problem - it's pronounced 'Wuster')

Or is the signal being relayed from Harwich to Norwich? Good luck anyway.
