You could take the Central Line all the way out to Epping and enjoy Epping Forest, if it is a nice day. Or slightly nearer in to Central London if you go to Wanstead Station, on the Central Line again, Wanstead Park is nice to explore, theres a lakes there with islands and it's all very nice there.
