When it is written (the paper is only in oral note form at the moment) I would be happy to send copies to interested parties for comment. Posting it could be tricky, as academic journals often take a dim view of being asked to publish something that is already in the public domain.
It will be later in the summer before anything is ready. On June 18 my eldest daughter is getting married and there will not be a lot of time to sit over a computer before then.
