TB is making a recurrence in the US from immigrants coming from poorer countries and Mexico. I was reading the other day that it can cost upto $1.2 million for the drugs to treat the really resistant types.

This is a nasty disease. Prevention is much better than a cure. All Creatures Great and Small had a lot on TB if I remember correctly. My first wifes grandfather got TB in New Guinea in the war and died of it.

As I understand it - it is illegal to sell unpasturized milk in the US - but you can drink it if it is from your own cow. Some people own shares in a cow to get the milk.
