The trouble is that nobody knows what affects our planet; theories such as the Maunder Minimum add to our feel of what may be happening to us.
George W may be waiting for Mount St.Helens to erupt again and then he can blame it all on that.
Have you noticed that George W and global warming have the same initials - are they interchangeable?
