Although it may well be better to use the recipe link posted by Ian, in England many people buy them in shops and supermarkets.
The quality is variable and many pies have a pink colour inside which indicates minimum cooking and there is also a lack of jelly between the meat and the pie wall. In a well cooked pie the meat should not be pink. The recipe link should give you a good pie.
