One added note - "quick" is going to depend on your connection. I can only get 28.8 Kbps on my dial-up here and I'm simultaneously running Windows Update, so "quick" isn't the word I'd use to describe the process. But once it's done, you'll be able to bring up any page quickly, whether on-line or off.
