Rene Roberts, the dialect enthusiast, is recorded using the word "scrow" on her Cumbrian version of Genesis:

...it's about 30 seconds in, and she rhymes it with "brow". If you want more, the BBC has her version of Noah (in which she correctly rhymes Noah with "sure" - when pronounced properly as "sho-er".)
