Titty ambushes Amazon, divines for water (in spite of Susan!), leads Roger out of the mine. Nancy organises the race to the North Pole from her sick bed and organises just about everything else. Port and Starboard keep their father in order. Dot rescues the D&G's. Bridget single-handely tames the Eels... Susan and Peggy prepare the food and occassionally have a good moan.
Now I wonder which would be the more attractive role models for a 8 - 12 year old female reader.
