So, David, if I read your table correctly, at say Force 4, 11 - 15 knots, the pressure - PSI of .67 would equal .67(12" X 12") = 96 pounds per square foot. That would be if the wind was blowing at exactly 90* to a flat surface. Have I got it right? No wonder I wear out a mooring line or two every year.
