That seems a cynical way of describing the co-operation between the WSM and TARS in respect of 'Cochy' ('Mavis/Amazon' is privately owned). Surely any Museum needs visitors, and to get visitors it has to advertise the attractions on offer, ie 'promote itself'. Is that so terrible?
