Roaming the hills of the Lake District is a lot more realistic than going to seek Treasure in the South Seas! But I agree with you, we are being 'picky' if we knock Missee Lee and Peter Duck. They are both wonderful tales. Even the children acknowledge 'Peter Duck' as a winter fantasty. (Can't find the quote, but someone says something like "have you really - not just 'Peter Duck?'")
