Why aren't foxes shot instead of being "hunted" as they were, and perhaps, still are? If cormorants are being shot for eating fish, why aren't foxes shot for eating, say, chickens? Who shoots the cormorants? Maybe they could be hired to shoot the foxes, and save all that running around with dogs and horses.
