1. Thanks for the links on the court cases. These give me some new ideas for my next paper on risk. I was going to call it "All this planning and a disaster too." It is an invited paper in the Journal called Built Environment.
2. Who owns the lakes, and who has civil authority in the surrounding area? Can they be sued or do they have soverign immunity?
3. Is is really illegal to camp on WCI and what about Swallowdale? If I get caught doing it will the local plod lock me up or make me dig worrums? I lead the most boring life, damn being arrested on the island wuould be intersting.
