No mention of PD in SA, many mentions in SD. Therefore PD must be between the two.
PD could have been written as a prequel to SD. In which case the writing and publishing order is irrelevant.
Does anyone know if PD is mentioned post SD in any of the other books, please? Or has it been phased out like the literary story that it was?
