I have read your TARS pages with interest. I am a fan of the books and of railway/road modelling. In this respect I have come across an article with plans for an OO (4mm/ft) scale model based on GOBLIN.
It was published in Vol 24 of The Model Railway Mews Sept 1948.
Written, and constructed, by P.D Hancock. It is gives construction tips and even has a photo of the completed model!
It is rather dated, from a modeling point of view, but interesting for the same reason.
