I forgot top mention that the idea of email forwarding will cost a bit extra, so setting up addresses such as "president@arthur-ransome.org" should be regarded as an "optional extra". I think establishing a good web address is much more important than individual email addresses for TARS officers; this will always remain an oiption to implement later on if it seems useful.
