I have a set of books of Dr. Dolittle from back in my early years, and yes, there is an episode in which a minority was involved in an act that today is not Politically Correct. At the time - way back when - and remember, I'm 70 - such an action did not strike me as odd at all, but that is the way it was then.
Today, that original text would not be at all acceptable.
If anyone wants more detail as to the nature of the Polically Incorrect Act, I will be glad to spell it out in a reply to personal email requesting such information, but I feel that such description would not be appropriate for general exposure on this forum.
