Yes, I did use the word Black Spot, just as AR did and I will not apologise. Will that be the next to go? I am sorry Peter but on this I think that you have lost a bit of a sense of proportion.
The N-word is one thing, I would never use it, my children would never use it though they don't really understand (and I am not going to give them all the full details of all man's inhumanity to man). I am not sure that I would censor AR but I might.
But when we turn to the word black in all its usages, then if we ban some usages, why not ban all? And if we do ban them all then a lot of my literary heritage is going to ripped apart and I gave a semi-humorous example.
