Disregarding the continuing cat fight and since neither of those Peters seems to think a CD is a good idea, I'd like to see a discussion of one. Many of the Amazon publications (Distilled/Renewed Enthusiasms etc.) are unavailable and although I would much prefer to have a book a CD would be a lot better than nothing.
