Thank you for the comments on this topic. It now looks as if the phrase on the dust jacket was altered after AR's death to read "A Sequel to Peter Duck".
This may have been done when a Revised Edition was issued in 1982.
I think it is a logical annotation for those who need to classify the AR books into types.
