Sorry with a new daughter I have not had a great deal of time as she cries a lot.

I believe that people can dowse. I can not dowse. I however can not believe that so many people would lie about such a thing. I also have enough hydrology knowledge to know that in most rainy places if you know what to look for on the surface and have deep enough drilling equipment you can usually find water.

I also beleive that the English Common Law definition of a watercourse as Bed, Banks and Water is a lot of hooey. If there is no water there is no watercourse as we are all told by Angel 1853?. I was described in writing by a NSW Supreme Judge as living in Fairyland or so I was told as I refused to read the judgement because I said that mathematically we could describe the bed banks and water and from maps define all watercourses irrespecitve of the observable water at any time point. Of course this is heresy.

Anyway gotta go a crying daughter.
