Easier to remember if you had been at the Southern TARS meeting a couple of years ago, which had a fancy-dress competition with a ML theme. A gentleman turned up in the full academicals of an Oxford MA, carrying The Oxford Book of Marmalade. He won a prize.
Also, in 1999 TARS held their Literary Weekend at St John's College, Cambridge. The caterers were surprised when I said it was vital that Oxford marmalade was served at breakfast. I impressed on them that they would have a hundred or more complaints if they didn't.
