Looking at LakelandCam today, with snow all around Coniston Water, and reading news stories about Arctic conditions in Europe generally, made me wonder whether any of the Lakes will freeze this year? How many days of the current conditions would we need before Windemere freezes over? (A question for all those scientists who have been talking about religion, and true believers who have been talking science, recently!)
Perhaps we should be getting the producers ready to film WH??
