In 1987 I bought a complete series of S&A books in hardback for £75.00
It was a lot of money then!! It still is!! Two of the books were signed
by AR. (Which is why I paid so much). The signed books were a 15th ed
of WDMTGTS & a 1st ed of GN. Most, if not all, the books used to belong
to Pauline Mary Bird. I bought them via Book Collector Magazine from
a dealer in the Isle of Wight. They are all 1946/7 editions I think.
