My grandparent's houses existed. One had a green door, the other red, then brown.
Beckfoot did and does not exist, therefore the colour of the door and the bathroom layout and any other characteristic not deducible from AR's text, can never be known or accurately guessed at.
AR did not give all the facts and knowledge about the house
But there are no 'facts' and 'knowledge' - Beckfoot only existed in AR's mind.
