As arelative newcomer to this board, a frequent reader and occasional poster I would like to make one point.

It seems to me that since the board has become the personal fighting ground of five or six contributors the number of posts from the more occasional contributors has fallen off sharply - indeed it is close to becoming no man's land.

I personally enjoy most of the posts - if I sweep past some it is because for me they hold no interest, but I do read them all. My own heartfelt plea is that the board be allowed to meander wherever it wishes without the various personalities (august though some of them no doubt may be) killing off what used, even six months ago, to be an interesting and stimulating forum.
