I must say, while I've found goats to regard a fence as their own personal jungle gym, most sheep are simply too dumb to do more than get their wool tangled in it. We're talking the inbred walking hogget chop here, not the athletic and full of smarts mountain sheep who might just have the sense to go backwards if faced with a dead end.
