The problem with saying 'of no interest' is that someone is interested as otherwise the topic wouldn't have arisen nor continued. I guess the best we can do is be selective about what we read - if the heading seems uninteresting to the reader, move on. Certainly a good reason for the headings to be more explicit as to the topic.
