The latest TARS membership stats I have got are those for 2004. In that year, there were 27 memberships in the 'Overseas - Europe' category. Alas, there are no figures for individual countries.
BTW, the membership figures for other overseas territories were:
US - 133
Canada - 31
Australia - 47
NZ - 15
S Africa - 6
Japan - 24
'Other Asia' - 3
I shouldn't think the 2005 figures differ much from these.
