I highly recommend St Austell and Sharp(e)s. The St Austell Tinners (pronounced "tinnus") as the quaffing beer, HSD is stronger and, to my mind, tastier. Sharps used to produce a beer called Doom Bar which I'm sure AR would have appreciated (to satisfy posting rule 32474b).
