I think this board acts more as a chat room for people who happen to like AR. Some of them (not including me) also seem to be interested in old books as objects. (An aside: surely this is the 'infra-structure' rather than a 'meta-topic')
I must admit I'm more interested in why you are intrested in such details than in the details themselves; does your interest extend to publishing histories in general or just to AR? Or is it just one of those little things you notice by chance and then it bugs you?
If the lattermost you may have my sympathy but will get no help I'm afraid.
