Peter, I think you have misunderstood my comment. Prue slammed Mrs Walker for allowing Susan too much responsibility at a young age. I agreed with her and added that by not limiting this responsibilty she was condoning it. It's like saying 'If you don't vote you get the govenment you deserve.' Standing by is condoning.
