Lyn, there's a good chance that what you're seeing each time is a cached copy of the page that's already been downloaded to your computer. Next time you try (for any site) and get an old page that you've seen before and which you think should have been updated, click on Refresh (or Reload, or whatever,) or press F5, to download the current version of the page.
